Greetings! Amazon team, I would like to bring to your attention an issue where one of our products has been receiving consecutive one-star bad reviews within a week. It has come to our attention that the reviews appear to be malicious and untrue. Apparently by some competing sellers.

We have always abided by the rules of the Amazon community and are committed to product quality control and doing a good job with every product. We run our store with care and are very confident in the quality of our products. Customer feedback has always been positive. The product has maintained an excellent rating of 4.8 for a long time. Just as the sale was making some headway, it was victimized by an unscrupulous competing seller with malicious reviews. As a result, these reviews, while validating the purchaser's buying behavior, do not reflect true opinions based on personal experience.

1. 1-star review from April 15: “Doesn't come with wheels, poor quality, poor customer service”. First of all, our item came with 4 wheels. Damage to one or more wheels is objective, but the claim of no wheels is 100% untrue.

2. neither before nor after the sale, we have not received any emails from customers asking about problems with the goods, so the claim of “poor customer service” is inaccurate.

3. On the “Seller Center - Customer Reviews” page, we tried to contact the customer, but the customer set us to refuse communication and only accept full refund. We had no way of knowing the order number, but after a thorough review of all orders by customer name, we identified the order: The reason for the return is shown on the “Manage Returns” page: “Product not delivered”. We noted that the customer did not receive the merchandise. And that the order was fully refunded. Therefore, it is prudent to conclude that the evaluation of the merchandise is not true and objective. In short, this is not the behavior of a bona fide procurement buyer.

4. 1-star bad review from April 21: “This bag didn't even last a plane trip. The zipper completely ripped and broke and we lost the contents of the bag due to the zipper malfunction”. Although the customer took photos, the zipper doesn't appear to be damaged from the photos, just some wear on the side of the zipper, which wouldn't wear down to this location with normal use, and the damage in this location can only be intentional. In addition, the photo only shows one part of the zipper, which is not enough to indicate a problem with the product.

5. We checked all the customer's reviews and there are only 2 product reviews and they are all 1 star bad reviews. The above customer is an insecure customer. Reviews of this nature are not only unfair to us, but may also mislead other customers. This is malicious behavior that has the potential to negatively impact our reputation and the decision-making process of potential buyers. It has come to our attention that some of the great products in our community have been subjected to a succession of maliciously bad reviews, resulting in great products not standing out. This has caused serious harm to good buyers who abide by the rules of the Amazon community, where some competing sellers have maliciously manipulated the marketplace. This is, of course, a unilateral judgment on our part. We urge you to review this matter. We hope you will give us a truthful answer. We hope that you will pay attention to this matter as soon as possible.

In general Amazon does not share the result of any review investigation, however if you provide your most recent Seller Support case on this issue that includes the URLs of each review I can see what I can do to escalate this issue.
