A-Z INR with SIGNED Proof of Delivery and tracking number but still appeal denied! Why??
Hello,
Order ID: 111-5778458-4150633
WHat is going on to Amazon ! Does not matter if you have proof of delivery signed by the buyer or not they still give all your money to scammer and no appeal option!
We have provided evidence when appealed that goods were actually delivered to the buyer and provided proof of delivery signed by the buyer and tracking also confirms that.
Response from Amazon is brilliant: " Because you provided sufficient information that proves order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate."
Sufficuent? I think it means that it INDEED confirms package has been delivered so why appeal was denied?
Can please anyone help?

Hello @Seller_CRHOv021qFYYU- and thank you for posting your A-to-z Claim to the forums seeking some guidance from the community.
In reviewing your claim, I do not see that an Amazon Buy Shipping label was used, which do offer certain protections against 'Item not received' claims from customers. I also do not see that a signature was captured in the proof of delivery provided. You may wish to doublecheck this against what was sent, as signatures do provide another signal of a successful delivery, even if they don't guarantee it. It is true that theft can occur, and claims may be funded by a seller even if they are not counted against the ODR metric. Should you obtain the proof of delivery with the signature, please provide it within a claim appeal, as posting it on the forums would constitute posting customer personal information which departs from our Community Guidelines.
While I can appreciate the frustration in communicating with a buyer when you suspect foul play, I'd recommend looking through the following resources for communicating with customers, as we do require our seller's maintain professionalism when communicating with all buyers. These resources include the Communication Guidelines for communicating with customers, these tips for effective communication, and these customer service guidelines.
I hope this information helps,
Danny
