ERROR IN CREATING COUPONS - CANADA MARKETPLACE
Hello,
I'm facing an issue with creating a coupon for our products. The system keeps flagging it as "Unsafe to advertise. This ASIN is identified as potentially embarrassing or offensive and cannot be added to a coupon.
This is completely an error with the system as the product is a legitimate natural supplement products. It's far from any category that would be considered inappropriate for advertising.
I've also carefully reviewed Amazon's guidelines on offensive and controversial content and can confidently assert that my product listing adheres strictly to these policies.
DEspite the support case opened (Case ID: 16077852901 and 16078227041), I haven't received a satisfactory resolution.
I'm seeking advice or solutions. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Maybe someone from Amazon's team is following this and can support us in solving this issue.

I was checking the case ID16077852901 and the ASIN mention in that case, and I was able to confirm that indeed the ASINs were classified as Adult products.
And you can confirm in the link below the error of your coupon.
"Potentially embarrassing, adult or refurbished error
We temporarily excluded this ASIN from your coupon because the product has been identified as potentially embarrassing or offensive.
The product is not eligible for coupons if any of the criteria listed below are true:
It is an adult product. To learn more, visit our adult product's policy."
