Non-compliance with section 3 - Incumplimiento de la seccion 3

Hello, several days ago Amazon disabled my account due to a breach of section 3 of the Amazon agreement. They are asking me for documents, which I have already sent them, but they tell me that it is enough. They have not explained to me what documents I need to send them to reactivate my account. In response to my constant requests for help and clarification of what documentation they need, IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME AND TELL ME WHAT DOCUMENTATION I HAVE TO SEND, I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.,these are their responses:

I understand you have questions regarding the documentation requested of you for the reactivation of your account.

Per Amazon Services' business solutions agreement, under section 3, "You may at any time terminate your account or this Agreement immediately on notice to us via Seller Central, email, the Contact Us form, or similar means. We may terminate your account or this Agreement for convenience with 30 days’ advance notice. We may suspend or terminate your account or this Agreement immediately if we determine that (a) you have materially breached the Agreement and failed to cure within 7 days of a cure notice unless your breach exposes us to liability toward a third party, in which case we are entitled to reduce, or waive, the aforementioned cure period at our reasonable discretion; (b) your account has been, or our controls identify that it may be used for deceptive or fraudulent, or illegal activity; (c) your use of the Services has harmed, or our controls identify that it might harm, other sellers, customers, or Amazon’s legitimate interests; (d) your Account Health Rating falls below our published threshold(s) for deactivation; or (e) if we are required to do so by law."

It does appear the information provided and related to your selling account was unable to be verified or there was not enough information provided in regards to your listings or selling history.

While there is not specific information requested at this time, you are free to submit anything to show this was an error taken. You will want to provide an explanation in terms of how your account has not violated this section of the business solutions agreement and further complies with Amazon policies.
