My account was deactivated because of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, Section 3

On August 23rd, I received an email stating that my account is currently under review as per Section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement. During the audit process, we will revoke your permission to create Amazon shipments and withhold your funds in accordance with our Funds Withholding Policy. This is because we believe that your account or a related account has engaged in deceptive or illegal activity (e.g., selling counterfeit merchandise and thereby infringing on intellectual property rights) that adversely affects buyers and our mall. In order to verify the authenticity of the account, we completed a video review and listed the ASIN at the bottom of one of the videos, and we followed the process of submitting various information documents, but the review was unsuccessful.

On September 8, our account was deactivated and we were asked to reactivate it. We provided the required information and evidence, but on September 10th, we were again denied and no specific reason was provided for the failed review. I then checked my profile again to make sure that the information submitted was as requested in the email. So I posted a thread in the forum asking about it, and after the administrator replied, on September 24th I submitted another profile as requested, and it was still rejected, and this time there was no email notification of the rejected performance, so I can't confirm what the reason for the rejection was.

What should I do in this situation? Please someone help me.

Some help from the admin would be appreciated.
