Wow! I can't believe that Amazon is still accepting returns and refunds for the products purchased in December 2024.

The customer purchased the product on 4th December 2024 and was refunded on 7th March 2025. The return window was supposed to close on 31st January, but looks like there is never a firm return window closure date for products purchased from third party sellers.

Can someone let me know if there is a way I can raise a seller support case and contest against the refund? Has anyone had a similar experience?
