Account Suspended - No Response from Amazon
Hi All
So back in February our account was suspended and here is the suspension email we received from Amazon;
Dear Fulton-POS,
We attempted to reach you by phone to discuss the status of your account.
As a result of these issues, your Amazon selling account will be temporarily deactivated.
Why is this happening?

What’s next?
Send a plan of action within 72 hours that explains:
– Proof of authenticity (e.g., invoice, Order ID, letter of authorization, licensing agreement or court order) for infringing listings
– The steps you have taken to ensure that you are no longer infringing and will not infringe in the future
– Other relevant information
– Supporting details should you believe the notice was submitted in error or the notices are incorrect
After some advice on these forums we submitted our appeal (see attached).
We then received a reply to our appeal with another Performance Notification (see attached).
So we sent in a further appeal to address the second Performance Notification (see attached).
We have not received any reply from Amazon and it is almost 3 weeks now. We have emailed them to try and find out what is happening and still we do not receive a reply.
Has anyone else had this and how do we find out what is going on?
Our account is £1200 in credit with Amazon and yet they will not release the money until our account is not suspended.
We have been trying to sort this situation out since the middle of February but we are not getting anywhere.
Can anyone help us please?

You were required to send “Proof of authenticity.” Did you send invoices ?
Also your appeal doesn’t show you understand your mistake, they did not report you in error.

Similar Account suspension issues with no response from Amazon, 3 Action Plans sent, only one got reviewed and rejected - complete non-sense. 2 action plans ignored. Auto-generated emails sent to me by BOTS not human beings.

Hours spent on the phone with customer service associates, managers, etc. - No outcome.
25k of funds frozen since January.
We have given up. Sad but True.

Yes I am absolutely certain that we purchased the products from the same supplier. POS Display Shop do manufacture acrylic items in their UK factory. However as a side line they also sell some small point of sale items that are manufactured by someone else in the UK and are not made from acrylic. We have been selling these items for 20 years - it is in fact POS Display Shop that have crossed over into our market and not the other way round. However, we were new to Amazon and we did not properly understand how things worked or that POS Display Shop had a registered brand with Amazon. In the real world their UK trademark does not cover the items they have claimed IP rights over but in the Amazon world it does.
