Cannot Delete/Update Listing Info locked into ASIN
Hey Team,
The title of the product(book) is uploaded via spreadsheet upload has gone through and now locked into the ASIN. This is a new product only sold by us. As of now the ISBN and Title is locked in with the ASIN. I am looking to change the title of the product.
I have contacted seller support multiple times and followed their recommendations as listed.
- Delete existing listing for 24 hrs and do a partial update - Amazon won't let me and flags that the Amazon Data and is different from Merchant Data.
- Amazon representative cannot process this request this on their backend.
- Amazon Brand Registry does not acommodate to this request. ( i was once directed to contact amazon brand registry by the Seller Central help)

You need to "Escalate" the case and ask specifically for the "Catalog Team" to fix this mistake.
You'll have to provide proof that the change should be made.
No it wouldn't, unless you are the publisher.
