Do I need to delete the existing ASINs without brand name in order to create the new ASINs with my brand name?
I was advised from seller support to create new ASINs for my existing ASINs that was listed without brand name instead of syncing them to my brand name after my brand was approved. Do I need to delete the existing ASINs before I create new ASINs with my brand name? Is anyone having any ideas about it, please give me your advise? Thank you so much!

Your existing ASIN without brand name is most probably (and correctly) a "Generic" listing.
You got the correct answer from seller support. You have to take a new UPC from GS1 and to create a NEW listing WITH your brand. But you don't need to delete your actual listing BEFORE doing so. You can create a new listing, send products with the NEW FNSKU and parallely sell out your Generic listed product. Of course you will loose ratings and reviews.
