Buy Shipping through Seller Central -Package lost
hello,
i buy the packaging labels from the seller central, use mainly UPS.
it happened now twice, that the package gets lost or arrived, but customer claims it was not. I tried to open a claim with UPS directly but they ask that i apply the claim with the party that i purshased the label from, in this case Amazon. I dont see any process for these incidents, can anyone guide on a solution

Since you purchased the shipping with Amazon's Buy Shipping, you direct the customer to file an INR/A-Z claim (item not received). When/if Amazon funds it and takes $$ from your account you appeal with proof that you shipped on time.
