Account Deactivation Due to Unpaid Balance

Amazon deactivated my seller account due to an outstanding unpaid balance. The issue stemmed from a security block placed on charges from Amazon by my bank, which has since been resolved. Despite my credit card now being available for charges, I've been unable to reactivate my account. It appears that Amazon is not attempting to retry the charge, despite my willingness to settle the outstanding balance. I've also tried to pay the outstanding balance through the submit button but it doesn't do anything. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly so that I can resume selling on Amazon.
