How can I give an Invoice for a product that is not sold but for which I created a list?
Hello
I ordered a branded perfume product from my supplier and created a list on Amazon as Fba. However, the supplier could not deliver the product even after 4 months, so I canceled the order. By the way, Amazon closed my store because of this product and asked for the invoice of this product. (By the way, I should point out that there were no sales in my store. The store I am talking about is my Canada store.) I sent a letter to Amazon stating that I did not sell this product and the reasons, and even a letter from my supplier stating that I ordered this product and a screenshot of the payment made. I sent you the image. Despite this, Amazon has not opened my store for 8 months, even though we reported the situation many times and even to Jeff Bezoss. MY LAST RESORT IS TO MAKE MY VOICE HEARD HERE. Please have an Amazon representative help me.

Does not matter if you sold it; if you listed it, that indicates an intention to sell. You must then provide any requested documentation to prove that you were offering authentic items.
The question I have is; why would you list something that you didn't have? What would you have done if you DID get an order?
And that's without even getting to the question of whether or not you were authorized BY THE BRAND to sell this item on Amazon...
You listed items that not only can you not prove authentic, you couldn't have even fulfilled any orders you got; I'm not sure why you think Amazon should do anything other than deactivate your account.

Nobody can help you and you will not have any future on Amazon. Unfortunately you didn't go through seller university or read the forum daily BEFORE doing anything. On Amazon you have ONE chance in your lifetime. Just forget Amazon and go on in your life.
