Trying to close my account over and over
I've been trying to close my account over and over and nothing seems to happen. Its in good standing, nothing owed either way, tax info up to date etc. Its been nearly a year now.
Can anyone suggest what to do?

Have you deleted all listings (not just closed -- but deleted?)
Double checked the other platforms to make sure nothing listed there?
Nothing unresolved with FBA?

Hi again, CR here. I had a chance to peek at your account and found case #17827967501 where you were communicated with last on 5/30/25. They informed you on the steps that you needed to take in order to match the name in Seller Central to the name of the document provided for tax verification. You'd then need to do the tax verification once again before you can proceed to close your account.
