All product keywords are missing

Our product ASIN suddenly couldn't be searched for all keywords last week. Our listing is a best-selling product that ranked in the top three keywords before 10.25, but now we can't find it anymore. We can only find our listing through advertisements

same thing happened to many other sellers, please post your concern under topic "Losing natural search rankings for keywords,is there a bug? anybody who can help?"

and please also encourage other seller who encounter the same issue to post their experience regarding the same issue there.

Amazon need to know the radical changes in search results, and should have an answer for that.

Hello @Seller_94W0ZGqKo4T1b,

Thanks for posting here. As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACnoted in this related thread, search suppression is often due to not following exactly the style guides regarding the listing creation. For example: whole sentences in ALL CAPS, e-mojis on the listing, exceeding the allowed characters in title, bullet points or description, not compliant pictures. There are many other reasons possible. I would recommend that you review the Style Guidelines in detail, as it will not be possible for Support to share why suppression may occur.

Regards,

- Manny
