FBA Warehouse OPS Incorrect Remeasure via Cubiscan
So, any Amazon Mod,
What do you recommend as the process to follow when we request FBA Ops to remeasure a product, and they measure it even larger? ASIN B00KERJVJU had its measurements incorrect at 24.29 x 10.79 x 2.87. The warehouse person took the below 40-inch belt, laid it on the Cubiscan in a giant circle, one end touching the other, and then scanned it, resulting in new "confirmed" measurements of 17.32 x 17.09 x 2.91.
Every other belt on the listing has close to the correct measurements of a coiled belt, as it would ship. We even have a loosely coiled belt shown in the 360 product video on the listing page below. So, what is the process to get this fixed, or is someone at the warehouse who lacks proper training allowed to write an incorrect measurement in stone? The size 46 belt is measured coiled, and it's 6.30 x 5.71 x 2.08 in, making it $10 cheaper in fulfillment fees.

Hello @Seller_WsdULSSIajCRd,
Michelle at Amazon here. How do you have this item packaged? Do you have a case ID that I can take a look at?
Thanks,
Michelle
