we lowered our prices 6 days ago and was selling fine and yesterday morning we sold 2 and sales completly stopped. been here for 15 years and never seen that. there are no issues with account heatly or no red dots/alerts that i seen unless something is hidden somewhere

Do you normally have good sales on Thanksgiving? We sell on multiple platforms, and pretty much expect Thanksgiving and most of Black Friday to be very slow, until people at least finish their Friday shopping.

Something IS indeed hidden somewhere. How do I know? Well I know this because one day I got shut down on my best selling listing. "Someone" complained directly to Amazon that they didn't like my product. So I contact AZ support looking for details and they say that it is top secret and they can not disclose what order initiated the complaint. So at this point I am wondering if there was an actual complaint or is this some operation to shut me down. So they explain 2 ways to solve the issue, the first was just admit that whatever I did wrong (no details given) I promise to never do again. The other was to present invoice documents that AZ can reject (I have all of the invoices for the raw products that are then used to make items by myself). So I ask, if I just admit that I am a terrible seller and I will never do the thing that was never described would this be faster. The answer was to just plead guilty to an unknown crime is the fastest way to proceed. So they say it wont count against me THIS TIME, but if I get just one more anonymous, no explanation complaint they will take action. So these "incidents" are cumulative, even though they don't count against you this time, they remember forever and will "take action" the next time Mr. anonymous decides to take you out for good. As if that isn't scarey enough, there are woke databases like they used against the truckers in Canada to demonitize those who they disagreee with. We have learned that our government likes to make "suggestions" to big tech to control how we behave. I do not doubt that some woke bureaucrat has a login here.
