Why do I get charged amazon and shipping fees twice?
I do FBM, Every sale I make I receive the total minus the shipping and fees in my Amazon account. However a week or two later the total in my amazon account drops by another amount equal to the fees and shipping, and when I look at the "payments" section it seems the only explanation is amazon and shipping fees. Is amazon double charging fees? I'm very confused as to how this works since they only ever give me the sale minus the fees and shipping.

Hi @Seller_GTYFS2sbmyQuL,
Steve from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out. I have reviewed your account and I do see that there are charges for "Shipping services purchased through Amazon" however don't see that any duplicate charges have gone through. These charges typically consist of Shipping services purchases, refunds, and carrier adjustments.
However, in the situation that you believe that you may have been overcharged, I recommend that you create a case to Seller Support with the charges in question and they can troubleshoot further.
If you create a case, please drop the case ID here and I am happy to review the case with you.
Thanks,
Steve
