Go to your settings on top, look at "User permissions", search YOUR email address. Is there a "Delete" button on the same line? If yes, you are not authorized to change this info.

If there is no "Delete" button, did you create a case and ask Amazon?

Hello @Seller_wM0nLLkM8WJfx,

Thank you for reaching out. As mentioned by @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC mentioned you will want to make sure you have user permissions. If that is the case, please follow the following steps:

Complete the following steps to update the credit or debit card information in your seller account:

  • Go to Settings, and click Account Info.
  • From Payment Information, select Charge Methods.
  • Click Replace Charge Method for the credit or debit card you would like to replace, and select the store where you would like to assign a new charge method.
  • Select an option to either Add a new credit or debit card, or select a card that is already available in Seller Central. Enter the requested information exactly as it appears on your credit or debit card statement.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Cheers,

Micah
