What is up with ABQ2? Our pallets picked up on 8/23/2024 but won't arrive until 1/4/2025...

This is absolutely crushing to our business. We planned so ahead of time during the summer time to make sure we had enough time to have inventory arrive before December. We just received an Delivery Disruption email saying that instead of receiving on 10/24/2024 (which is already terrible), it will now be 1/4/2025.

What is going on with ABQ2 and can anyone provide any assistance to us?

I just got the same email. Delivery was scheduled for today and now it’s 1/04/2025. This is ridiculous.

I’n thinking about calling central transport to return the shipments and reship to a different fulfillment center.

I realize that this is not of much help to you at this point, but from my own experience, stay away from RDU4 (Fayetteville, NC). From what I've heard from other people ABQ2 and PSC2 are trouble too.

Google: Amazon Fulfillment Center ABQ2. Some of the reviews are chilling. According to a review from 1 week ago, over 100 trucks are waiting to unload.

We have the exact same issue here. This is absolutely devastating.

ABQ2 is the warehouse where businesses go to die.

I think Walter White and Jessie Pinkman are running the place.

My BIG shipment was sent in August and I have no idea where it is or when it will be received. Meanwhikle back at Seller Central my listings are now out of stock and I'm being crushed.

UTTER incompetence that it is not being rerouted. I understand that *stuff* happens, but Amazon needs to reroute these horribly late shipments.

Isn't it possible to cancel shipments to these warehouses and create a new shipment to one or more other warehouses?

Apart from removing the old carton labels and replacing them with new ones, what would be the problem?

I have this same issue. Pallets were picked up in August.

Huge update: I got the disruption email as well, but the new date is tomorrow to GEU3. This is HUGE - if it actually shows up tomorrow. Hopefully this means they are rerouting. Everyone check and see if this has updated for you as well.

Fingers crossed...

I still have a shipment at LBE1 that I sent in on August 20th. Just sitting there.

But but but all these new fees, placement fees, low inventory fees to make things more efficient at the FCs Amazon says! Complete hogwash! Those fees are to pad their bottom line for their shareholder's benefits. What is Amazon doing with that money? Go FBM folks!

Greetings,

Thanks for taking the time to raise this issue. Currently, there is high demand by sellers to send their inventory to our West Coast facilities and through palletized freight ship method. This is leading to longer receive times impacting the West region.

If you are shipping your inventory with a third-party carrier and experiencing longer receive times at the desired inbound location, we highly recommend reaching out to your carrier to get a new appointment through Carrier Central.

Additionally, effective immediately, we’ve temporarily reduced the rate range for the inbound placement service fee for Minimal shipment splits into the East region by $0.05 per unit. For adjusted rates, go to 2024 inbound placement service fee.
