I currently have an inactive product listing due to an "open package" error. However, the item is brand new. To reactivate the listing, I need approval from the "Grocery & Gourmet Foods" category, for which I've sought permissions under conditions such as New, Used, Refurbished, and Collectible. Despite following the recommended steps, my request has been denied five times.
