CSM , Brand Review

Hello,

I received an email from csm-brand-review on 12/13/2023. To list 2 ASIN products of Schwarzkopf, they asked me for an invoice showing the sales amount for the last 365 days. I sent the requested invoices to csm-brand-review . But the rejection keeps coming. The answer is 'We cannot accept this invoice, it shows documents that were not requested'.. My lists are closed.

Can you please help me with this?

You may continue to review the products that require approval Seller Central help page for updates. I also wanted to share our Seller University resource that addresses Invoice requirements for when you apply to sell.

I provided the right document but my request was declined. What do I do?

Review the correspondence we sent to your case log or email client and review the approval requirements again. Your documents may not have passed our review. You’re welcome to submit a new application, provided that you upload new documents for review.
