We rec'd notice that the "2024 FBA Inbound Placement Service Fee" waives inbound fees for shipments that have at least five (5) identical boxes of any ASIN. Specifically, the guide says "To qualify for the Amazon-optimized inbound option with no inbound fee, your shipments must include at least five identical cartons or pallets per item."

We just shipped 9 pallets. Not a single ASIN had less than 5 identical boxes.

We saw NO DIFFERENCE in inbound placement fees than before. We were charged inbound placement for both the 3 and 1 destination option in all three regions (East, Central, and West). There was no discount or free placement free option despite our complying with the above guideline.

In the past, the only option that had all inbound placement fees waived was the 5-destination option, as was the case with this shipment.

So the Guideline to include a min of 5 identical boxes per ASIN does not work to waive inbound placement fees, in stark contrast to Amazon's own guide "2024 FBA Inbound Placement Service Fee".

This is massively frustrating. Amazon? What say you? @Dominic_Amazon
