I cannot get call from amazon support team

Hello, my account was suspended due to multiple accounts. I think this is a mistake and that's why I asked Amazon to call me, but after I enter my phone number, it says it is connecting, but no one calls. And then the call ends, please help.

Wow, an exact copy paste text of this thread from a different user on the forum from 4 weeks ago. Are you guys getting post templates from somewhere? Or do you actually have 2 accounts? Or are you a VA for these people who have suspended accounts?
