ORDER STUCK IN SYSTEM FOR 5 MONTHS

Hi all, we have been dealing with an issue that one order has been stuck at our orders for 5 Months: no address , no name , can not ship (error message) no address anyways, can not cancel (error message), order showing late shipment but not counting as late:

We need help get rid of this order, opened case 15527969231 back in June and nobody can remove this order from system .

Thank you for reaching out about this! I'd be happy to escalate this situation internally for further review, however in order for me to do so, I do need to provide that team with a more recent case ID. Although it may be repetitive (apologies for that!), can you please open new case with Seller Support and send me that new ID? If this situation is still unresolved once that new case is closed, I can then escalate this further!

In the meantime, please let me know if you have any additional questions.

15527969231 , we actually opened over 4 cases and no resolution. latest was in June
