How to get access to Amazon Custom on German Amazon?
Hello there,
I am hopefully a future Amazon seller, just got my amazon sellers central account, but I am here to sell customizable product only on FBM basis. I found a link to Amazon custom registration - https://sellercentral.amazon.de/customization/manageCustomRegistration
but it leads me to a page with message -
Invalid Access
You do not have permissions to view this page
How do I get an Amazon Custom account and start selling?
Additional Q - I was planning to run ads from the very beginning, but did I just learn correctly that I can't run ads on a new account for some time?

welcome to the German Seller Forums!
To get access to Amazon Custom you need to be on a Professional selling plan. Given that you have recently opened your account, could it be that you are using an Individual selling plan at the moment?
Please check the following help page to find more information on the registration criteria for Amazon Custom:
To use Amazon Ads you will also need a professional selling plan. Further, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Active account in good standing with Amazon
- The ability to ship to the country in which you're advertising
- Valid payment method
