Why is Amazon requesting the same information I have already provided them?
I am new to Amazon, been here a little over a month, but had initial success with listing products. I recently was attempting to list new products and was required to submit the photos and submitted a letter from the manufacturer stating that I had authorization to list their products and have all manufacturer's rights to do so.
After submitting the manufacturer's letter I keep receiving the same boiler plate response every time I attempt to list these products stating that my document is invalid. What I do not understand is why they keep sending this if I have already provided what they are now requesting:
We have completed our review and found that the GTIN (UPC/EAN/JAN) you have provided is not registered for this product.
If you believe you have the correct GTIN, provide one of the following.
• A copy of a letter from the manufacturer (I already provided this letter)
or
• A copy of a letter from the brand owner stating that the UPC you are using to list this product is valid and owned by them
or
• A copy of a letter from the brand owner stating that you are allowed to use your own barcode to list the branded item. (The same letter states that I have manufacturer right to list their products)
Note: The email or letter must also include the point of contact of the brand owner or manufacturer, mentioning that Amazon can contact them to verify. (Same letter has the brand owner’s email address on it)
• An image of the product that clearly shows the barcode, brand and product. (Images have been provided)
• You may include multiple images to ensure that all the required information is captured. (Multiple images have been provided)
After we receive this information, we will perform a detailed review. The review may take up to two business days and we will contact you once the review is completed.
Am I going nuts or am I missing something crucial here? Please help, otherwise I’m done with Amazon.

Hi there @Seller_Ilfy1Vei3WkpM,
I'm sorry you have had issues with listing this product. It is likely that the the UPC information on GS1 doesn't exactly match the Brand information provided to Amazon so the UPC can't be verified as Valid. I would recommend you work with the Brand Owner to review the GS1 information to ensure it matches exactly. If you continue to have issues please provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID and I will review for further escalation.
Thank you for your understanding.
-Glenn
