I have followed the guidelines to bulk upload images, Country-Specific Upload. The upload keeps failing straight away. Is there a problem with the uploader?

This is surprising. I also tried multiple times upload localized images to Germany, France and Belgium and followed all the guidelines related to file format, folder structure and naming conventions but no luck. I sought help from Amazon seller support through chat however no helpful suggestion and problem still persists. Not sure, how other sellers managed to upload the localized versions of their images.
