My Account deactivated
I open my seller account long time ago. I haven’t started selling yet. Just a few days ago, i decided to start selling. I opened the account but it shows deactivated. Amazon said I have another account. Due to that reason, my account was deactivated. However, I don’t have any other account. I do have Amazon normal account for buying or shopping. But I don’t have any other seller account. I explained so many times but always get replies same that I got another account. Can anybody help or suggest me what to do?

Was the name of the other account the same as your selling name? If so, check the top of Seller Central to see if you have access to the US - if so that is likely the account they are talking about.
