How to resolve customer product condition complaints

I need Help!

I received a product defective complaint by a customer. I submitted an appeal by explaining all the issue that if the product is not compatible it won't work.Even describe in product bullet points and description. Now they are asking conversations between customer and seller. I do FBA How can I know that who complaints and what should I do in this case?
