Account Deactivated, but no response from Amazon 🤦♀️
Calling the help of the Amazon seller community!!! My first BTS season was going great until I got an email saying my account was deactivated because I needed to submit documents to help verify my identity. I got on this immediately and submitted it, I was supposed to hear a response in 1-2 days but it’s been a solid week and they just keep telling me I need to wait 🤦♀️. I have a bunch of BTS I cannot sell, so any type of help would be so appreciated!!

About that 48 hour part---------------
EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.
Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.
Honestly if anything less than two to three weeks is 'too long for waiting' you are going to have a very stressful AND disappointing time on Amazon.
They are well known for making a snail look fast.
Sit back, relax, and study Seller U so your next message is not “please help with my Section 3 suspension”.

ALSO, nearly ALL accounts get suspended immediately after they are opened while Amazon verifies your information so unless they sent you a suspension notice asking for more information it is most likely just temporary.

Hello @Seller_9vk7uXbATxOsI,
Thank you for posting your concerns with the account being deactivated.
Can you provide your original deactivation notice? There is a large number of situations that will trigger an identity verification process. Did you receive a mention for concerns with inventory or supply chain, or potentially illegal activity?
What exactly did you provide? Typically when it comes to identity information we will ask for a valid utility bill, government issued ID, bank and or credit card statements. All information needs to 100% match the original account owners information and physical address. This will include any abbreviations that may be on the account, or documents as again ALL information needs to match. You can see our seller identity verification help page for more information.
Once we have a better idea as to what happened or why the account was deactivated, we can provide further guidance.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
