We didn’t receive payment from Amazon for sales, these payments amount to thousands of pounds. If it was the other way around I doubt Amazon would be tolerating payments to them “missing!” This is very serious, threatening for our small business to survive! It continued recently meaning we had to remove our listings to stop more sales because we get no money in these several marketplaces. Peculiar that for 2 marketplaces we do receive payments (the same bank account is used for all marketplaces).

Amazin initially asks us to check with our bank who tells us nothing arrived and that amazon need to do a trace. Amazon told us a trace takes up to 6 weeks, but it has been much longer and zero money or communication from them still.

The claims are marked as transferred not answered, but we never hear anything ever again.
