You have it listed, so it is considered "intent to sell".

Hello @Seller_qVO7e8F9rdW5j,

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out on the Forums. Thank you also for sharing the ASIN information in your Post. With this information, and help from an internal team, I have better ability to research your specific situation.

I can see how this is really confusing and frustrating.

What I see on the Account Health Page is just exactly as you show in your post. I believe what might have happened: a fairly long time ago, did list and sell the ASIN? On September of 2022 did you receive a violation? and at that time, make the ASIN inactive? Is this a possible scenario?

This is something many Sellers have done so I would for sure understand this as a possibility for your situation. I have confirmed at this time the ASIN has been deleted from your inventory, which is good. The ASIN does still show as a violation on your Account Health Page. Amazon removed the listing, and due to this being a Counterfeit without a test buy, the normal next step would be providing an invoice within the last year. Would you happen to have an invoice for this ASIN that would be withing 365 days?

I also understand when selecting next steps, you do not have an option to submit anything. I am only able to review your Performance Notifications back to December of 2022, due to the older notifications being archived. I believe this is the reason the violation looks different and you are not able to appeal. At this time, the process would be to wait the 180 days for the violation to drop off your account.

If you do happen to have a verifiable invoice for this ASIN that is within the last year, I can request an internal team review in the attempt to remove the violation.

It says I submitted an appeal on Sept 22, 2022, but I received the violation on Nov 16 2024

You may have received a violation back then and just not deleted the ASIN, maybe just closed the listing. As @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7did explain, if you have any items listed, even if the listing is closed but not deleted, Amazon does consider you have "intent to sell".

I hope this information is helpful for you. If you would like additional assistance with this issue, please reach back out on this thread.

I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.
