Group shipping to FBA failure - continual error message - anyone else or just us?

We have tried to take advantage of the shipping discount scheme on FBA workflows by Splitting the shipment as Amazon have offered.

We are continually getting everything ready, labelled, packed etc to then find the error message "

Error:

Something has gone wrong. Try refreshing the page. If that does not work, please delete the workflow and create a new one."

We have to then recreate, repack, weigh again etc etc.

Seller support obviously no help.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Bit sick of having to miss out on the shipping discount just because of an Amazon issue.

Can the mods look into why this keeps happening? @Spencer_Amazon @Ezra_Amazon@Sarah_Amzn@Winston_Amazon
