Shipment lost Amazon did not reply

it takes about 5 weeks for someone real to address your issue. For the first five weeks, you will be told that the shipment was confirmed as missing and you are at fault.

Keep the case open until it is resolved...if the case is closed or transferred, re-open it as many times as it takes to get your resolution.
