We’re seeking assistance regarding a product compliance case for ASIN B007TKFC84.

We’ve submitted the required documentation (including the Declaration of Conformity and Test Reports), but the issue we’re facing is that this product is designed strictly for commercial use, and Amazon is requesting documentation that applies to domestic products (e.g., test reports in line with EN standards for domestic appliances).

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide test reports for domestic use because the product is not intended or marketed for that environment. It's manufactured and sold as a commercial-grade item.

We would greatly appreciate if someone from Amazon or the community could help us clarify: Is there a way to flag this product correctly as commercial so the right compliance standards apply?

Can someone help us escalate this to the appropriate team to review our appeal based on the commercial nature of the product?
