7 Orders got canceled by amazon

#amazon

i've 7 orders from Buyers..

but amazon canceled all orders immediately...

And i don't even know about it...

but today i check my orders and shocked to see my 7 orders got canceled by amazon...

without notify me... I didn't not getting notification of it...

why amazon canceled those orders?

anybody have any idea?

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

When a customer places an order they have 30 minutes to cancel the order. During this time your item/s will be held for the customer but you will not be notified of the order. The order will show as 'pending' in your account. You will receive an order notification once the order has been released from 'pending'. It is possible that the customer cancelled the orders during the 30 minutes after placing them.

Another scenario would be if the payment method used to purchase the orders could not be verified. If the customer did not verify the payment method the system would also cancel the orders. Again, you would not receive a notification of this.

Sellers are only notified of orders once they moved from 'pending' status to 'unshipped'. The reason for this is because Amazon have been able to secure the funds for the purchase.
