Another review criticizes the product for being "not flat" and compares it to "burnt plastic," which is factually incorrect as the product is made with high-quality, three-layered acrylic and wood—not plastic.
The third review claims the product is "totally different from the picture" and cites issues like scratches and messy arrangement of elements, which contradicts the stringent quality control processes we have in place.

Thank you for visiting the seller forums to seek support for a string of one star reviews that you believe are not deserved. I am currently assisting another seller with the same issue. I am having a bit of trouble locating the right point of contact (POC) within Amazon. I will add your issue to my list of monitored issues. If I can find the right contact to help the other seller, then I will raise up your issue to that POC.
