Account deactivated due to a link to an account with a similar name

My account has been deactivated as they claim there is one with a similar name and may have a violation. I have replied that this is not me or anything to do with me etc but i just get an automatic response saying i am not providing enough information. I have no idea how to get out of this loop as they don't tell me what to do next and that account isn't me!

I have sent the link to my registered ltd company as evidence that i only have one company and i have tried to change the name of my store but i just keep getting the same message back from Amazon saying they don't have enough information to reactivate my account. Ive been in this loop for almost a month and am at a loss about what to do next.

Please can someone help me?
