Seller Account is De-Activated

Hi,

My seller account is Deactivated. I cannot activate it.

When I sent a message to Amazon at first I was sent a URL to set up a call to verify my id by video call. I tried the URL, but it does not work.

I sent another message from my account, but the only message I can get is

When I use the above URL I cannot find any information to contact Amazon seller team.

I don't know what else I can do to activate my seller account.

Why was the account deactivated ? - the email you received should tell you, or anything in performance notifications ?

Is this a newly registered account ? - if so all new accounts are deactivated whilst they check and verify all the info you have provided, both personal ID and Business info.

To contact seller support you need to open a case via Help (top right of homepage)

It has been understood that your account has been deactivated and unfortunately you couldn't complete the video verification.

To complete your identity verification, please try the below option:

-- Take a photo of your face and ID document using the "Take a photo of your face" feature in Seller Central. This feature allows you to complete your identity verification in 3 to 8 minutes.
