Help would be much appreciated @Simon_Amazon @Winston_Amazon @Maja_Amazon @Sarah_Amzn @Julia_Amznplease. As we are going in circles with bots about a patent claim for 2 of our ASINs. One has already been deactivated and the other one is at risk now.

The company has made false claim for a Patent of WIPO. As they did apply for a patent in 2018 but their patent was rejected in 2019 by the WIPO and US Patent & trademark office in 2019 with the reason that the design they are claiming is NOT-NOVEL.

We have provided all the documents from the WIPO, EPO & US Patent & trademark office with an explanation and the links to all those documents but its of no use for the bots and its continously asking us to ask the company to either retract from their claim, give us permission or invoices from the same company.

We as well have provided proof from the UKIPO that we hold a design right in the UK for this product. But we are only getting rejections from the bot and non of the evidence is getting read by anyone to see that the company is claiming a patent which does not exist.

We have a huge delivery of this product on the way for this festive season & we are very worried.

Help would be much appreciated please. Or if anyone can tell us how to resolve this.
