Trying to find out if "SAS Core" is worth it?
I have definitely heard mixed answers in regards to the Amazon Core SAS program, more negative than positive.
We are a reseller that has been on Amazon for 10+ years, and it seems over the past few years Amazon has been trying to push out resellers and aim more towards brands, storefronts, etc. Essentially making Amazon a virtual shopping mall.
But, we have our own OEM private label brand that we still utilize Amazon fulfillment for as well as being enrolled in brand registry.
My overall question is, has anyone actually utilized the Amazon SAS Core Program? Because I haven't read a comment that says this program is effective for success.
I would like to know what does this program actually get you? Other than the communication being with an actual person. It mentions aspects like being the first to know about certain betas, listing optimization as well as implementing advertisement strategies, etc.
At the end of the day, I am unsure on if this will be of value to my business, but Amazon has pushed me to the edge so far that I may have to give this a go in order to save the business.
Please let me know any thoughts or points to share, as well as any past experiences in this program.

I was "invited" to join the program and waited like 6 months before going live. After 2 months of ZERO results I demanded to get out of the program and get refunded for the last month ($1680.00). They agreed in writing and I am now waiting 45 days and NO REFUND.
There is no value to your business with this program. Save the $1680.00 per month and spend on advertising if anything.
