payments not showing on the dashboard and no funds reaching our bank

I have requested some payments in February and no update is showing on the dashboard that these have been initiated and no funds received in our bank since 31/1/25. Please advise

I contacted the partner team regarding your claim and they confirmed that there have been two recent disbursements for your account:

  • Disbursement on 2025-02-10
  • Disbursement currently started with Scheduled Execution Date 2025-02-14
