Account type - business to individual
Hi, please could someone help me with a step by step process of how to change my account from business ltd to individual/personal.
I can only see how to transfer an account to another Ltd company. However, I am planning on closing down my Ltd company and I don’t have another ltd company. I just want to avoid losing all of my account history, approvals, inventory etc.
Amazon help desk keep referring to my plan type ie professional/individual, but I keep trying to tell them it’s not what I’m referring to. I’m happy paying for the professional plan.

Tbh, I’m not sure if you can
If you can , you’d need to dissolve the ltd first but that may suspend your seller account
Any reason why you need to keep your selling history and inventory etc if you aren’t selling on here anymore?
And have you spoken with an accountant about dissolving a ltd if you still have stock etc
As a Individual / private seller , you won’t be able to sell that stock on here - do you actually mean you want to change to a sole trader ?
