Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution?

I upload an Excel file to update the GPSR information, but after the upload, the error message refers to the information from the previous spreadsheet. Also, all the url are the same for the products (to image and installation manual), but for some reason, some are accepted while others are not, with an error stating they are inaccessible.

Please help if you have information for the problem.
