Brand Name already registered but it shouldn't have

I have fully registered trademark on IPOUK (there is even no other trademark under the same name for different categories) so I went to amazon brand registry to enroll it however yesterday I got an email saying that its already registered on amazon by somebody else, is this possible ? I even searched the international trademark registry to be sure there would not be any problems. I tried to argue with Brand Registry and they suggested to open a new ticket because the decision on my brand application was already taken. I did but I get the same response. It is like they do not even look into the information I am providing them with because if they did, they would contradict themselves in their answers. Every time I am getting a similar answer :
Your Brand Registry application has been declined as we have identified the trademark from your application as related to a brand that is already enrolled in Brand Registry.
To access the enrolled brand, we recommend that you contact the brand administrator who may add you to the enrolled brand as an authorized user and may also add any additional trademarks to the brand's profile.
Please apply again in the future if you have additional information.
We acknowledge that this is not the result that you were hoping for, but we want you to know that we did our best to provide you with the correct information based on our current policies.

Anyone have any suggestions? I am quite stuck and down. As by Amazons policy you should have registered trademark under the wanted name to be able to enroll that brand to Brand Registry. I hold the trademark but Amazons says that someone else already registered to brand registry.

It sounds like your Trademark is the one that was used.
Did they give you contact details for the 'brand administrator'?
Have you tried searching for products under that brand to see what it's being used for?
Did you previously begin a Brand Registry application that you had to pause for any reason? Like waiting for the Trademark Application to move to the 'Pending' status?
