ASIN No Longer Searchable for Main Keywords
We used to rank organically on the first page for the main keywords of our listing. However, overnight, our ASIN suddenly became unsearchable using those keywords — despite the listing still being active and fully optimized.
We’ve reached out to Amazon Seller Support, the Catalog Team, and even internal teams, but unfortunately, no one has been able to resolve the issue. We keep receiving the same explanation: that sometimes Amazon’s system will make your ASIN unsearchable for specific main keywords — even if everything on the listing appears in order.
Has anyone here experienced this? Is there any specific part of the backend that could be triggering this issue? We’re looking for insights on how to regain visibility for our main keywords.

Hi there @Seller_6cG9IAmhIlcrL,
I've reviewed your ASIN and your case and at this time this product is eligible for search. It may be that other ASINs have a higher search rank, however the ASIN is appearing in search. If you are having more specific errors I would recommend you provide a screenshot and the steps to replicate the error in a new Seller Support Case as the cases you provided are 6 months old. Thank you for your understanding.
