How long does it take to reactivate my account?

I created a seller account back in 2022 but didn't finish it. It was deactivated in Sep, 2022 due to "We have taken this measure because we need additional documentation to verify your identity."

A couple weeks ago I decide to reactive my account and as requested I submitted my internet bills with my name and address. Then I received an email to "Take a photo of your face" or "video chat a representative". So I used the "Take a photo of your face" function in the attached link. That was in Feb 4th or 5th. Now when I go to the link again, it just says "Identity Verification

We have completed our review of your document and information.

We are conducting further checks on the document and information you provided during registration and we may contact you by email for further clarification within two business days."

Obviously it's more than 2 business days now, what do I do? Any help would be appreciated.

EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.

Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.

Honestly if anything less than two to three weeks is 'too long' you are going to have a very stressful AND disappointing time on Amazon.

They are well known for making a snail look fast.

Sit back, relax, and study Seller U so your next message is not “please help with my Section 3 suspension”.
