My account will de deactived in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Amazon US never sold in US marketplace
Your Amazon selling account will be deactivated on September 25, 2024 in accordance with Section 3 of the "Amazon Business Solutions Agreement". Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Continue to ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.
Why is this happening?
We believe or our controls identify that your account has been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity in accordance with Section 3 of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement". In order to protect our customers, we verify the identity of our sellers through a virtual identity verification process on a video interview.

This came through for Amazon account in the US, we only have an account in US as it sets you up for an account in all marketplaces on registration but we have never actually sold a product Amazon.com.
I have done the virtual interview and provided the required information, but after reading some other people horror stories is there a way for this to be escalated we are a multi 7 figure seller our account health is 1000 out of 1000. So there is really no reason for this and is causing some amount of stress.
