tracking is not enough to win an a-z, you generally need a signature.

And even at that I doubt you’d win - on Amazon if the customer says it didn’t arrive then it didn’t

You could try to appeal it, but don’t get your hopes up

Just look at the number of threads about A-z s !!

Yes this happens all the time.

Have you tried appealing the A-Z stating that the tracking shows delivered? If you haven’t then do so as you have nothing to lose.

You do though state that you have tracking for orders which means you have a number of A-Z’s. Multiple A-Z’s are not that common and suggests something maybe going wrong for you. Are your customers receiving the parcels on time?

You would have a chance if the customer had signed, or if you will ask the courier for details of the delivery, or a picture and then you will send the picture to the customer, hoping that he will admit that the wife/son/dog collected the parcel.
What do you have to lose? Try!

In our recent experience with A-Z claims, Amazon do not count signatures, photos or GPS scans as acceptable proof of delivery, even if you have all 3!

Have the same problem, Product gone and money gone, left without the product and without the money. Have customer signature but A to Z all the time saying that product was not delivered. Not fair at all, supporting cheating customers, not support the businesses. Thinking to stop selling on Amazon if I lost the money all the time.

Amazon's own policy states that after COVID the signature has been stopped and therefore geocodes and pictures are considered enough for the appeal and even after providing those they are rejecting by saying that " Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision."

They are abusing their own policies
