Approval granted, but listings are not reactivating

I have had over 5000 listings taken down following approval requirements. All approval has subsequently been granted and there is no 'apply to sell' button on these listings anymore when I try to relist. I was under the impression when approval is granted, the listings should automatically relist themselves? They've been sitting for months with no movement of their status.

Following about 20 messages back and forth with useless seller support, until they eventually grasped the concept that I do not need to seek approval, I have tried deleting the listings for over 48 hours to relist them. Despite this, when the listings are remade they still show their initial creation date in mid 2023 and come with all the prior issues of inactivity.

I've no idea how I can get these listings back up without having to manually go through the listings one by one to edit the required fields. Is there anyone out there who knows how to handle this issue efficiently for 5000 listings? I've no confidence that seller support will be able to provide any support.

Thanks.
